Pilates in Your PJs


Mondays 12-1pm EST Get Stronger, Smarter Joints in this unfussy Pilates-based online class. All levels and all bodies are welcome. In this class we do core strengthening work, joint stability work, and coordination. This will be a mat-based class with occasional props (not to worry, I’m a master at finding DIY prop solutions- you won’t have to buy anything fancy). Put on your comfy pants and get ready to work hard AND smart.

Movement Considerations: In this class, we spend time lying on the floor and flexing our spines. We also spend time with weight on our wrists - if you’re ever curious about whether a class matches with your movement needs, write to me! I’d love to find something that works for you.
